On April 28th, Rang Dong HealthCare and the College of Foreign Economic Relations held a signing ceremony for a comprehensive cooperation agreement on high-quality workforce training and employment solutions for students after graduation. The signing ceremony marked the foundation for a long-term partnership between the business and the educational institution.
A brief overview of the signing ceremony
In general, there are still numerous obstacles in the development of high-quality labor training and employment solutions. The program “Vocational-oriented Education” is receiving significant attention. Collaborative efforts between colleges, universities, and businesses in Vietnam are making remarkable progress.
According to statistics from the program, 72.8% of former students participating in this program meet the needs of employers, while 75.5% believe that “the internship experience is truly beneficial for their current job.” These figures demonstrate how the collaboration between universities and businesses helps students gain confidence, adaptability, and the ability to find employment that aligns with their expertise and field of study after graduation.
Moreover, collaborative relationships between businesses and educational institutions will contribute to a high-quality labor force. They will assist companies in addressing the challenges they face when recruiting personnel in the labor market. As a result of discussions on this issue, Rang Dong Healthcare and the College of Foreign Economic Relations recently held a groundbreaking signing ceremony to solidify their partnership.
