INJECTION TECHNOLOGY
Injection molding is a technology that produces products by injection of molten material into molds. Injection molding can be done on a variety of materials, mostly metal (commonly known as pressure casting), glass, elastomer, blending materials, and the most common thermoplastic. plastic and thermosetting plastic. The material is put into a hot barrel, mixed well (using a screw system) and sprayed into the mold, cooled and solidified into the shape of the cavity. The molds after being designed, will be made by mold makers, mold material is usually metal (steel, aluminum) and then precisely processed to achieve the required shape.
Injection molding technology is widely used in industry, especially in the plastic industry, which is the ideal method to produce large objects of the same weight. In addition, injection molding technology is also applied in the industry of packaging, bottle caps, auto parts, components, coils, musical instruments, tables and chairs, machine parts, ... and especially medical equipment.

Injection molding machining parameters
Each type of plastic injection machine will have a specific machining parameter. Based on the operating conditions of different types of machinery to draw some common points in the processing parameters, the operators of the machine should have basic knowledge as follows:
Injection volume
Existing injection molding machines exist with a molding volume of 230,000 cm3. The most commonly used injection molding machines are those with a volume of 6, 125, 250, and 500 cm3.
Injection speed
Injecting speed has a direct effect on product shape. If the injection speed is not up to the standards, the plastic injection product will be defective.
Injection pressure
Adjusting the injection molding pressure depends on the calculation in accordance with the mold structure, material properties, machining temperature, including injection time.
Just like the speed of injecting, if the injection pressure is not properly aligned, then the pressed product cannot be perfect. The high injection speed is often applied when producing thin-walled parts.
Injection molding area
The injection molding area of various products machined on machines with a specified nominal injection volume is different. The injection area is determined for a particular type of part and it is one of the basic specifications of the injection molding machine. This parameter has an influence on the mold clamping force, to the mold size and is followed by the technical and economic indicators of the machine.
